As social creatures we tell stories to others to connect. There is nothing better then telling someone about something that happened to you and getting a big reaction. I love thinking of the words that I will use but sometimes they just spill out of me because I am unable to contain them. I was a quiet child and often sat back listening to everyone talk. I learned how some people liked to tell the same stories over and over because the stories, and the reaction from those listening, made them feel a certain way. That is where the name Stories Often Told comes from; that we are all telling the same stories over and over trying to connect.
